Who we are
This website belongs to Asgard Scaffolding. If you have any questions about this policy or your information, email info@asgardscaffolding.co.uk or call 0203 304 3202.
What we collect and why
When you fill in a form on this website, we receive the details you enter: usually your name, email address, phone number, postcode, your message and any answers you give to our questions. We use them only to reply to you, give you a quote and carry out any work you ask us to do.
We don't sell your information or use it for anything else, and we don't add you to a mailing list.
Who else handles it
- Static Forms (staticforms.dev) delivers form messages to our inbox and may keep a copy for a limited time.
- Google Maps shows the map of the areas we cover. Google may set its own cookies when the map loads.
- Fonts and some page code are loaded from Google Fonts, jsDelivr and cdnjs. Like any website, they see your device's IP address in order to send the files.
- If you accept cookies, Google Analytics tells us how visitors use the site and the Meta Pixel helps us measure our Facebook and Instagram adverts. These are only loaded after you click "Accept".
Cookies
We only use cookies and similar storage for these purposes:
- to remember whether you clicked "Accept" or "Decline" on our cookie notice
- to stop the contact popup appearing again for a day after you close it or send a message
- analytics and advertising cookies, only if you click "Accept"
To change your choice, clear this website's cookies and site data in your browser settings; the cookie notice will then appear again.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to deal with your request and any work that follows, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. After that we delete them.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by contacting us using the details above. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
